About the artwork
Persepolis, known in Persian as Takht-e Jamshid, was built by Darius the Great around 518 BC and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. My painting shows its towering carved stone columns in warm, sunlit watercolor against a deep blue sky. This card is a small piece of Persian heritage to send or keep.
